Combinational ve Sequential circuit tasarlamayı, register ve counter çalışma prensiplerini öğrenerek, teorik olarak dijital devreleri anlamış olacağız. Laboratuvarda veya simülasyonda hazırlayacağınız devrelerin tüm teorik alt yapısını görecek ve bunları problemlere uygulayacağız.
