We are looking for an Art & Creative Specialist who can create sharp visual assets across paid ads, organic social, landing pages, course launches, WhatsApp campaigns, email, product visuals, creator briefs, and campus campaigns.
Unicourse creative has one job: make students stop, understand, trust, and act.
This is not a "make things pretty" role. You will work where creativity meets performance, student psychology, and brand trust.
What you'll do
- Create static and motion creatives for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, website, and campus channels.
- Turn course launches, exam dates, student pain points, and product messages into visual campaigns.
- Produce creative variations for testing: hooks, layouts, formats, claims, CTAs, and visual systems.
- Build reusable templates for university-specific and course-specific campaigns.
- Improve the visual quality of our ads, social content, course pages, and product communication.
- Work closely with Growth to understand which creatives perform and why.
- Translate student insight into visuals that feel native to university life.
- Keep Unicourse visually consistent while making campaigns feel fresh and specific.
- Join creative reviews and improve your work through feedback.
What we look for
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
- Ability to create clear, high-impact visuals quickly.
- Comfort with tools such as Figma, CapCut, Adobe stack or similar.
- Interest in performance marketing, social media, education, or student behavior.
- Clear communication and strong follow-through.
- Curiosity about why some creatives work and others do not.
- A portfolio, design file, motion reel, social account, or proof of work.
