We are looking for Growth Interns who can bring high-signal student insight from inside universities.
You will help Unicourse understand what students need, which courses matter, when demand rises, where trust spreads, and how we should reach students before exam period begins.
This is a good fit if you are close to student life and want to learn growth, marketing, and startup execution from the inside.
What you'll do
- Map important courses, professors, exam periods, and student pain points.
- Research student communities, clubs, creators, WhatsApp groups, and campus channels.
- Help test messages with students.
- Support course launches by collecting required materials such as syllabus, lecture notes and exam information.
- Track activity and student reactions.
- Prepare short campus insight reports.
- Help Growth and Creative teams make campaigns feel more specific and relevant.
- Join feedback sessions and learn how growth works.
What we look for
- Strong connection to university life.
- Curiosity about student behavior.
- Good communication and reliability.
- Ability to collect information clearly and ethically.
- Interest in growth, marketing, startups, education, or communities.
- Willingness to work independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and improve through feedback.
- Turkish fluency and comfortable English.
- Bonus if you have participated in an initiative such as club work, content, event, side project, sales, design, research, or campus involvement.
