Senior Growth Lead

We are looking for a Senior Growth Lead who can own one or more university pods end to end: campus intelligence, launch and campaign planning, channel and university performance management/tracking, and revenue growth.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine strategy, execution, student insight, and team leadership.

What you'll do

  • Own growth outcomes for one or more universities.
  • Set term-level growth targets by university, course, and exam period.
  • Identify high-priority courses based on demand, revenue potential, student pain, timing, and available content.
  • Build launch calendars for midterms, finals, quizzes, and high-pressure academic periods.
  • Coordinate Growth, Creative, Education Ops, Product, and campus contributors around launch readiness.
  • Build campus intelligence systems: syllabi, exam dates, topic coverage, past exams, student groups, and influencer nodes.
  • Design and run university-specific growth experiments.
  • Manage or guide campus operators, interns, fellows, creators, and ambassadors.
  • Monitor metrics such as sales, signups, activations, purchases, conversion, referrals, campaign readiness and retention.
  • Turn individual wins into repeatable playbooks for other universities.
  • Surface bottlenecks early and enable faster decision-making.

What we look for

  • Experience in growth, marketing, startups, operations, consulting, product, student communities, or a similarly high-ownership environment.
  • Strong understanding of how students make decisions.
  • Ability to use both data and field insight.
  • Clear thinking under time pressure.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing focus.
  • Strong ownership: you do not wait for perfect instructions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast cycles, and direct feedback.
  • High standards for execution and learning.
  • Turkish fluency and comfortable English.
