ECON 424 • Midterm • Game Theory
Oyun teorisinde, bilinen kalıpların çok ötesinde birbirinden farklı oyun tasarımları vardır ve bu çeşitlilik ilk bakışta karmaşık görünebilir.
Bu karmaşıklığın üstesinden gelmenin en iyi yolu, ezberlere bağlı kalmadan oyun teorisinin genel mantığını anlamaktır. Bu derste farklı oyun türlerini gerçekçi ve akılda kalıcı örneklerle ele alacak, karmaşık görünen tanım ve kavramları sadeleştirerek anlaşılır hâle getireceğiz. Her konu anlatımı videosunda konuyu pekiştiren bir örnek soruyu adım adım çözeceğiz. Buna ek olarak, farklı soruların ayrıntılı biçimde ele alındığı soru çözümü videoları ile oyun teorisi üzerindeki hakimiyetimizi örnekler üzerinden geliştireceğiz.

Lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora eğitimimi iktisat alanında tamamladım. Çeşitli projelerde araştırmacı olarak çalışıyorum ve bu sayede iktisadın hem teorik hem de pratik yönünü bir arada düşünme ve bu alanda kendimi geliştirme fırsatı buluyorum. Lisans yıllarımdan beri iktisadın neredeyse tüm alanlarında özel ders veriyor ve öğrencilerle birebir çalışmaya devam ediyorum. Amacım, konuları ezberletmek yerine sağlam bir temel kurmanızı sağlamak, püf noktalarını göstermek ve sınavlarda yüksek başarıya ulaşmanıza yardımcı olmak. Karmaşık konuları sadeleştirmenin öğrenmenin anahtarı olduğuna inanıyor ve bu yaklaşımla adım adım ilerleyerek hem konulara hâkim olmanızı hem de sınavlara güvenle girmenizi hedefliyorum.
